In the Queen’s speech to the House of Commons, for the first term of Government, the Millennium Party of independent Members of Parliament will introduce legislation that will:
1.End “Rip Off Britain”
2.“Make Poverty History” in this country first.
3.Help businesses maintain cashflow.
4.Remove the “poverty trap” caused by the benefit system.
5.Provide free education for all up to Degree level. (for those people who want it.)
6.Develop strong local communities.
7.Ensure public representatives (councillors and Members of Parliament)act honourably.
8.Promote the health and fitness of each person.
9.Ensure that the victims of crime are fully supported and compensated.
10.Honour the Covenant between the Country and the Armed Forces. 11. Create an effective Real Time government.
The mission of the Millennium Party is to build a “Britain of Excellence”.
A country where its citizens, communities, businesses, Institutions are at their best in terms of health, wealth, education, competence and effectiveness.
